Recommended Moroccan Tours offers 10 special days to discover Moroccan Desert With a camel trekking in order to live the experience of SAHARA in its glory. Accompanied by a driver-guide fluent in English, French or Spanish, in a very air-conditioned vehicle. Along the way we will make several stops to enjoy the villages and the landscapes. This tour is private, therefore there is no strict program, you can order to stop any where along side the tour.

Day 1 : Marrakech

Marrakech arrival to airport

We will receive you at the airport gate with an air-conditioned car. Then, drive you towards the hotel / Riad to relax.

Day 2 : The red Marrakech

After breakfast, you will start you guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will visit Bahia Palace, meaning brilliance in Arabic, is perhaps one of the best-preserved historical sites and certainly most interesting in Marrakech.

Then we will visit the tombs of the Saadians, it is one of the most tourist sites in Marrakech for its architecture of the tombs, afterwards we’ll explore Koutoubia Mosque, is the largest mosque in Marrakech, It is located in the district of the south-west medina of Marrakech.. Afterward, we’ll continue exploring the souks of the medina. Overnight in Hotel/Riad.

Day 3 : Aït Ben Haddou, Ouarzazate

Our next stop is in the village of Aït Benhaddou,having Lunch break then exploring the exotic Kasbah of Aït Benhaddou. From here we head to Ouarzazate where you may have a stop to view the Kasbah of Taourirt that was built by the Glaoui dynasty then to Skoura.

We’ll explore the high walls of Ouarzazate. We will introduce you to its colorful Souks and authentic buildings before heading to its Tremendous Film Studios... Overnight and dinner in hotel.

Day 4 : Dades Valley, Gorges Todra

Stop at : Dades Valley

You will discover Dades Valley is scattered with oases, palm groves and elaborate kasbahs. The valley itself is made lush and green by the Dades River, which rises from the High Atlas Mountains before emptying into Morocco’s largest river, Draa.

Stop at : Gorges Todra

We will entertain with orange high cliffs of Todra Gorges. The peaks rise up to 980 feet (300 meters) above the Todra, which meanders from its source in the High Atlas Mountains. Overnight in hotel.

Day 5 : Tinejdad, Merzouga

Tinejdad “Berber city”

At the entrance to Tinejdad, we will visit the most famous tradition berber place which isksar El Khorbat, built at the end of the 19th century, has kept its architecture and the atmosphere of yesteryear that inhabits it.

Stop at : Merzouga/Camp

Upon arrival to hotel’s Merzouga, and after a welcoming tea. You will ride your Camel gently to the desert camp set between the desert golden dunes. Overnight accommodation in a tent and dinner under blanket of stars.

Day 6 : Rissani, Midelt, Azrou, Ifrane

Stop at : Rissani

Return back to Fes passing through Rissani stopping to discover the culture of this town visiting Zawiya Moulay Ali Ash-Sharif established to honor Alawite dynasty founder, dramatic Ziz valley, another Stop front of lake el Hassan el Awal.

Stop at : Midelt

Arriving to Midelt, a Berber village located in the middle Atlas mountain, we will stop in a local restaurant for lunch.

Stop at : Azrou

We will move to Azrou, an old Berber town with the largest cedar forest in Africa. Where you can enjoy your free time in the breezy forest to wander through the green forest.

Stop at : Ifrane

Then we will carry on to Ifrane that is considered as a magical mountain town and one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco which looks like little Switzerland.

Day 7 : Fes

Royal palace

First, we will visit the fascinating Royal palace, to see its tremendous giant 7 brass Gates. That has matching knockers, covered with intricate patterns and majestically carved in copper.

El Mellah

Next, continue our fes city tours by moving to “El Mellah”, the first Moroccan Jewish Quarter. In order to see a different world of authentic streets and marvelous little shops. The Mellah has also a large square where you will find a huge range of all sorts of entertainment.

Jnane Sbil Gardens

Your personal driver will next introduce you to the charming Jnane Sbil Gardens. In order to get some breezy air and see the captivating centered Moroccan-Style Fountains. You will also get to discover the magnificent defensive towers of Fes. Take a break for lunch.

Bab Boujloud

After that, you will wander through the old Medina entering from its most beautiful Royal Blue Gate “Bab Boujloud”. That is to get amazed by its royal mosaic tiles giving the perfect example of old Moroccan.

University of Al Quaraouiyine

Your Multilingual Guide will also introduce you to the spectacular Madrasas (Islamic Schools). That is by visiting “Medersa Bouanania” “Medersa Al-Attarine”, to see their most unique designs of fancy Moroccan fountains, and spectacular Arab-Moroccan Architecture.

Nejjarine Museum

We pursue our fes city tours towards “Mausuleum Moulay Idriss II”. It is the sacred Shrine of Idriss II; the founder of Fes the old city. As we discover a huge part of the spiritual Moroccan culture. The Following stop would be “Nejjarine Museum” of wooden arts & crafts.

Chouara Tannery

After a tempting typical Moroccan dish, your multilingual Guide would take you towards the Tanneries of Fes. It is where you would discover “Chouara Tannery”, Africa’s oldest and largest Tannery, where real leather is beautifully and naturally shapes and color.

Day 8 : Volubilis, Meknes, Rabat

We’ll visit the ancient Roman ruins Volubilis, where you will spend an amazing time and exploring the 2000-year-old ruins and getting an idea of life during the Roman Empire. Continue to Meknes.

Stop at : Meknes

Early medieval city of Meknes, UNESCO World Heritage Site is your next destination. The medina of Meknes holds the city’s historic sights such as Bab Elmansour, the huge decorated gate, Qara Prison the famous underground old prison... Then we Leave Meknes to Rabat.

Stop at : Rabat/hotel

During arrival to Rabat you will take your comfortable hotel.

Day 9 : Rabat

Stop at : the political city

After breakfast in your accommodation we will discover Mohammed V Mausoleum,this marble mausoleum near the Hassan Tower is the final resting place of Hassan II, the present king’s father of Morocco.

We’ll explore alsoHassan Toweris now one of the most prestigious historical monuments in Morocco.Oudaya Kasbah is one of the most unique sites in Morocco and is the first milestone of the city of Rabat.Free time for lunch. On the afternoon you will explore the Old Medina. ThenYou will be able to visit one of the famous leather workshops there. Overnight in hotel/riad.

Day 10 : Airport

Departure to the Airport

We’ll drive you to the airport in the morning, after taking your breakfast. Where we would pick you up at your Hotel.after discovering a Red World of new cultures and ancient traditions.
